The first contact is free. I agree the scope and cost limit with you before paid work begins.
Diagnosis & parts
Troubleshooting is paid work even if the fault cannot be repaired. I order parts, licences and other materials only after your approval.
When can RUT apply?
Certain IT services carried out in your home may qualify for a deduction of up to 50% of labour costs. Eligibility depends on the work and your tax situation. Remote help is excluded. I do not promise a deduction before checking the conditions.
