LÅNGVÄVERIET
Privacy
I use your information to answer questions and carry out agreed services. Here is how this website works.
Controller
Ken Kempe, Långväveriet, Långban Skarpa, 682 92 Filipstad, Sweden. Contact me at kontakt@langvaveriet.se or +46 70 926 44 08.
Contact form and email
I process your name, email, optional phone number, selected topic and message to answer your enquiry. The information is sent to my email account. The basis is steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or my legitimate interest in answering general enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). I do not use the information for marketing without a separate basis.
Operation and abuse prevention
Web and email providers process information to operate services and deliver messages. The web server may log IP address, time, requested page and browser information. The form uses an essential session cookie and temporary pseudonymised counters to limit spam. This supports my legitimate interest in secure operation.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
The essential form cookie lasts for the browser session. The language is part of the page address. Fonts and images are loaded from this website. This version contains no analytics tools, advertising cookies or external tracking scripts.
Retention
I keep enquiries for as long as needed for the conversation and possible legal claims, normally no more than two years after the conversation ends. Contract and accounting records may need to be kept longer by law. Temporary form data and spam counters are cleaned up regularly.
Your rights
You can request access, correction and deletion of your information, and, where the conditions apply, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact me to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Automatic contact form verification
The contact form uses ALTCHA, hosted locally on this website. Your browser solves a short computational task before a message can be sent. No form data is sent to ALTCHA or any external verification service. Temporary counters use keyed hashes of IP and email addresses to limit repeated attempts. These counters apply for up to one hour and are cleaned automatically; they do not store message text.
